Programming and HTML required

I am looking to build a program where a person can register and log into - it is hosted online one of my accounts And it goes to their master account. What they enter here is a list of their domain names. What they will then do is upload a graphic we provide called [login to view URL] From that list- you will generate a real-time HTLM page that displays their Domain Name - then beside it - if the site is up - it displays the [login to view URL] graphic located on that site. Below that it will display - information from who is - where the site is hosted, help desk contact either web link or phone number, and the renewal date. If the graphic does not display - that means the site is down. The alt tag will display I'm Down - Contact Tech Support Each person can enter unlimited domain names, the only thing they have to do is enter the domain name once, we remember their entire list, and upload the [login to view URL] graphic to each of their sites. In real-time, you will display an HTML page they click on to check the status - which will instantly display if ANY of their sites have issues. For anyone that knows what they are doing, this is pretty straight forward, you just need to contact a registry when they enter the domain name to grab information, and display the graphic beside the name.
