Website Update

[login to view URL] This is my companies PHP website... I need to make some enhancements to it with an extremely limited budget. I need: 1) Free offer on every page, integrated with images or text to be determined... Need to have a designer that can help me come up with something that looks GREAT and CATCHES the audience to get leads/hits. Need it to ask for an Email address for the information, then after they click on that, it sends me the email address, than takes them to the next screen askign for their detailed information, including Name, Phone Number, details on their current setup, etc. OR if it works better they will just Click somehwere for more info, which will then bring up a box or page or plugin that looks kinda like this: [login to view URL] 2) A testimonial integrated on each page. I like the testimonials on [login to view URL] ... I like how the actual testimonials rotate in real time... Please in your BID INCLUDE if your pricing includes testimonials like on this referenced website how they rotate, or if your bid includes just 1 testimonial on each page. 3) Home Page update... Need to just add more information, and make it more attractive to get leads and get people to call... Need an expert to help me decide how to do this the best way. 4) SEO - I need somebody to offer and to help this website become higher in the search engines. Please include in your bid exactly what you would do for the bid amount regarding SEO. (NOTE: I may be inclined to do this as a seperate project in the future so this may not make or break my decision to choose your bid). 5) An additional link to a new page, probably under the Business Services section. This new page will be called something to the effect of: "Preferred Partners & Clients". THis is where I will link to current clients websites, and in return I will have them link back to mine. (For SEO purposes mostly). Will probably want this as a new tab under the business services page, but will probably want a link to this from the main home page. 6) Need the "Learn More" image on the home page to be changed to say "About Us". Then I need this to link to a new page titled About Us. I want this page to be a sub-page of the Customer Service page. I want the tab under Customer Service labeled "Help Desk" Changed to say "About Us" and to no longer incorporate the Help Desk that is currently there, rather it to be the new About Us page. 7) Need the programmer to be flexible and work with me on the fly for updates and changes, etc...
