AJAX Form

I want to build a simple AJAX comment form using the prototype and/or scriptalicous(sp?) libraries. I have a comment section on my site (written in PHP) that shows comments and at the bottom has a comment form where people can add new comments. Currently it is rather old school. I would like to replace it with an AJAX based form that doesn't require page reload. It needs to be: 1) degradable if JavaScript is turned off, 2) work in IE, FF, and Safari browsers, 3) not allow POSTDATA resubmition (no duplicate posts if user refreshes page), 4) easily include in my PHP-based page It would be nice if: 1) it had AJAX-based form validation that displayed errors inline. If all goes well, I could have 3-4 other forms and AJAX enhancements for winning coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to work in IE6 and newer, all Firefox versions, and Safari browsers.
