Full Time Website Designer - $200 a week + Bonuses

We are a website design company looking for a qualified individual to help with our heavy work load. We need a full time website design ( 6 to 8 hours a day 5 days a week ). I need someone who will be online and contactable during set hours and treat this like a normal full time job. I have had to fire the last 2 works for not being online during their work hours. PLEASE DO NOT BIT ON THIS JOB IF YOU ARE A SLACKER! You must have the following skills: Macromedia/Adobe Flash Adobe Photoshop HTML Installing and edit PHP scripts ( PHPBB, Wordpress, Etc. ) You must not have a problem working set hours ( You can make these hours, I just ask you be available during these hours at all times and be showing progress). Most of our websites are from templates and just need to be customized. A lot of our customers do want blogs and message boards installed and customized. This will be a long term position. As long as you are doing your job you will get a pay check weekly and a nice bonus at the end of the month. We need to hire someone immediately! We will put your first weeks pay in Escrow and release it to you after completing 5 days of solid work.
