Google Maps API Work (php/mySQL)

I am looking for a near-replication of the Google Maps functionality found at [login to view URL] , but tailored to work with my PHP/mySQL Content Management System (Joomla!). I do not have a large budget for this project, so winning bids will be in the $180-$300 range and may state which Optional Deliverables are NOT included. The Lat/Long data is already in the php/mySQL database, so I do not expect that this is a very complicated project. The selected bidder will be given access to my test site so they can perform tests & changes as necessary. ## Deliverables REQUIRED DELIVERABLES: 1)For each property selected through my Hot Property component ([login to view URL]) a 400 x 300 Google Map will load with a placemark showing where that specific property is and any nearby properties (within some distance range, I do not want to load ALL of the properties for this map). See [login to view URL] for example. 2) An overall Google Map page that shows All of the properties as placemarks. See [login to view URL] for example. 3) The placemark will show up for each property location with a hyperlinked title to the specific listing page on my site (just like the way it is done on the Pillows & Pancakes site). 4) This functionality must work 100% in both Internet Explorer AND Firefox. OPTIONAL DELIVERABLES: 1) An overall Google Map that shows how many properties there are by State/Province for US and Canada. When clicked, this will drill down to the State/Province level. Standard Terms: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
