Java script update for a template for mobile browsers/

:: Please do not bid. if you do not have experience in mobile browsers, JavaScript, and template design. :: I am looking some one to make change in mobile view of a template; please see link in mobile browsers [login to view URL], Silver Stripe CMS used with the site, for the mobile view a JavaScript was used. I am attaching the JavaScript file for you to assets before bidding. It should be compatible for Android browsers, Iphone Safari, Chrome mobile, Firefox mobile and opera mobile. There are few important things, right now when loading page to mobile we are able to see desktop view for a second or so and then mobile view is loaded we need to resolve this as well, this is test template once we are happy with the result we will be able to get a lot more site design and template integration to mobile. Please give us best price possible as we will be reselling this service to our clients. P.S.
