One Time Offer Script And htaccess Login Page

Hi all I currently run several membership sites using JV Manager. The login to the sites are controlled by htaccess. I have a simple login page where the user enters the details, and then are redirected to the membership site. I need a script that changes this process. Now when a user signs into the system I want them to be redirected to a One Time Offer. At the bottom of this offer will be a 'no thanks' link and this will take the user into the site. I need this setup so that users only see the One Time Offer one time. For example if they sign in one hour later they shouldn't see it again. Please be sure you can do this before bidding.
