Online Product Catalog / Shopping Cart System

I am an admin for a small company located in Hong Kong which deals with thousands of products from China. I have created websites for them in the past but simply do not have time. This project will be a CATALOG WEBSITE of ALL THEIR PRODUCTS and also HAVE SHOPPING CART CAPABILITY. The finished project MUST BE UNDERSTANDABLE by me since I will be taking over admin over the project once finished. Below are some mandatory features for the project: -php/MySQL (currently obtaining new webserver for company) -I am currently using AJAX for many webforms and functions -SMARTY TEMPLATE ENGINE is a must!! -shopping cart with Login System -future Payment abilities to be added, such as PayPal, Visa, Mastercard -database needs to be setup well and easily understood since I will be integrating many tables together later on I have uploaded 2 pictures to show an example of the current website which display product information. Currently, [login to view URL] has a simple product catalog (left tree menu). The finished site should look very similar but display more product information and have the SHOPPING CART ADDED. I am looking for quality service, willing to pay for good quality work. Good relationships that are established will be used for future (larger) projects.
