Record clicks of specific part of a web page - repost

Hi I require someone capable of producing a very specific tool. Visit [login to view URL] and you should see a Google Adsense advert. I need someone who is capable of producing a script that will record any clicks made on that 250x250 square advert into a mysql database. The advert location may change and this tool has to work in all system resolutions and on all major web browsers including Safari, Opera, Firefox, IE 8, 9 and 10. My suggestion would be to employ a similar sort of tactic as the transparent div element located here [login to view URL] It is absolutely imperative that that Google Adsense code is not interfered with at all and this tool should be able to handle multiple adverts on a single page and track which one was clicked (a reference for us only).
