simple facebook app development

I am looking for the right coder to take to following swf file, decompile it and turn it onto a facebook game. the file is view-source:[login to view URL] what we would like to do is make a simple facebook game template from it, so everytime the user clicks on the nose they get a point. at milestones of 1, 10, 25 and 50 the user is asked to post to their wall and share with their friends. the fb app will be hosted on my server. it will need to keep a tally of the users points via ajax. the design needs to be simple, colorful and friendly. the app should have an admin panel so we can add advertisements, customize the wall posts and we would also like the ability to send our a recommendation to our users walls to check out a fan page when we want to. the decompiled flash file will be included as an deliverable so that we may edit it as we see fit in the future.
