Website Subscriber Membership Management

My exisiting website is www.greenquant.com. It is a subscription website whereby members access premium content pages and other priviledges. I need some scripts to manage these users from sign up through access. Below and attached is a feature list of requirements. I tried to be as detailed as possible. Please ask more questions if in doubt. *****Backend Membership Management Features***** Feature #1 – Integrated Login and Password Access Premium content pages in a members-only area, accessible via a login page. Feature #2 – Member Database Maintain database, which collects the information from your website users. Such as user name, password, first name, last name, address, city, state, postal code, country, credit card information, membership status (active/deactivated). The member database should be searchable, exportable and easy to customize. Feature #3 – Integrated Payment Processing Integrate with PayPal and a selection of other payment gateway providers (e.g. [login to view URL], Sage Pay, etc). The latter will allow you to use your own merchant services account and credit card processing to sign up members. I want all user registrations and ecommerce purchases to occur on 1 page (add products to cart and checkout). Please no flash. Feature #4 – Multiple Membership Levels Members have more than one level of membership e.g. bronze, silver and gold. I should be able to easily assign content, members and password protection to multiple membership levels, for which you I charge different pricing. Feature #5 – Trial Membership, Free Membership and Paid Membership Plans Subscription websites rarely have a single type of membership plan. My site will offer free membership with limited access, time-restricted trial membership to all of the premium content and paid membership for long-term premium access. Feature #6 – Multiple Payment Plans Our simple subscription site may require multiple unique payment plans. For example - a site with bronze, silver and gold membership levels, offering monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions to customers paying in US dollars, Euros or Sterling, etc Feature #7 – Content Security I need to protect the content on my premium pages from theft. Only subscribed members or trial members, at my discretion, should be able to access the URL's for the premium pages. Also, allow only one login at a time. Any other security features you suggest to prevent content theft, piracy, and unauthorized access to premium content. Feature #8 – Automated Customer Messages When a customer signs up for membership to my site they should automatically receive one or more email messages confirming their details and welcoming them. All of these emails should be customizable and fully automated. Feature #9 – Automated Renewal or Membership Suspension Member of my site will all join on different days and will have different renewal dates. Some members will be paying monthly, some quarterly, others annually. This process should fully automate the renewal process. It should automatically take payments from users and notify me if a credit card fails. It should send out payment reminders and suspend the passwords of people who don't renew. Feature #10 – Forgotten Password Many members will forget their password. Should have a way of verifying who a user is and emailing out a new password or changing password.
