343388 WordPress XML Ad Feed Plugin

I am looking for someone who really knows their way around wordpress, XML, PHP, JavaScript etc, who can take an XML ad feed, from a major ad publishing , and build a wordpress plugin so I can easily add the ad feed to my wordpress. I need to be able to control the style of the ads, eg size, font, color mouseover & click behaviour etc from within the plugin. I also need a custom search results page build to work with wordpress, so people can type a search into the search box, and get a page with my site header and then the publisher list of ads and sites down the page, which I also want to be able to control the sizes and font styles of. I am looking to develop a relationship with someone who really knows this type of thing, because I have a lot more similar projects coming up. Obviously anyone who has worked with xml ad feeds before would be an advantage for this project, as the ad networks do have some pretty strict guidelines that must be followed.
