CMS Sign-up Form, User Tracking and Reports

This project involves setting up a sign-up form for a membership and affiliate website. The form will send information to database of course, and will keep track of affiliates, (who recommended whom) and also generate user-requested income reports, so affiliates can view income earned (similar to google or amazon’s affiliate reports, but not as complex). Prefer use of open source CMS. Could be set up using Drupal… or perhaps Joomla with ChronoEngine and/or Community Builder modules, but will require some custom coding so please don’t bid if can’t create custom functionality. This is NOT a stock Joomla install. We can give more details via IM. We are always interested in working with professional developers who can provide consistent results in a timely fashion. New developers will usually be asked for the following: 1) You may be asked to complete part of the project and send us a screenshot of one of the data displays before you are hired. This may entail you setting up the database or other cpanel work to create a working example of the display of the data. You will not be asked to do this unless we are serious about hiring you for long term work 2) Once hired, please keep an exact and descriptive Log of all work, so that other developers will know what you did. 3) We must receive progress reports and/or examples of your work every 2 days. 4) Once hired for a project, all providers will be asked to sign, via digital email approval, an NDA.
