Joomla template creation

Hello, We need to create a joomla template for a client. The template needs to be an almost exact copy of this site "[login to view URL]". The only thing we do not need is the animated slideshow on the home page, it will be replaced by a static image like the other pages. We will be uploading all of our unique content to the website; (text, menu structure,links, images, etc..) We will be making other style changes to the site however would like to use this copy as a starting point. You will not need to upload any of the content and you can use a dummy article for the site as long as the CSS works properly. For now you will be using use the same images as shown on "[login to view URL]"; we will change them out as we change the other content. The template must use clean CSS, have well defined module positions and work with joomla 2.5. We need to have the template ready to go by 11/23 at the very latest.
