Android app - repost

I want an android app that when loaded allows an android phone to be controlled from a remote wifi computer/tablet over the web. I need the call to be dialable from the computer and answerable with the sound in both directions from the remote computer. It would be good if texts were also forwarded in both directions. I also need incoming calls to this phone to be passed back to the registered computer acting similarily to a car kit but working remotely over wi-fi I envisage that the system will have 3 parts. 1. The android app which will be installed on the phone ensuring to above operating and also preventing the phone from powering off.. 2. A program on a second device I am open to either a pc or android tablet to handle the calls and sms texts 3. A cloud hosted website database to ensure correct registration/validation/pairing of each of the connected devices. Based on an email validation account and tracking the Imei numbers. The software needs to be tight enough to alllow it to operate over 2mb connections
