Looking for an android developer who can program an application im interested in developing. It needs to be GPS enabled and be able to upload the gathered information to a web server over 3 or 4g. I'm also wanting to have this web server setup and secured on my hosting. Depending on what all you can cover im willing to pay more. 50$ for very little of the coding 250$ for all coding 400$ for coding and GUI design Fees will be paid in full when the project is finished and before its released.
