Programming for 2 Website Re-Designs

We are a radio network and we are in the process of re-designing two websites. [login to view URL] (new site style [login to view URL]) & [login to view URL] (new site style [login to view URL]) We have several programming changes that need to be done before the sites launch on November 11, as well as some programming changes that can be done after the sites are launched. There are at least 4 sets of existing code that needs to be copied and altered to fit each of the sites. The sites are almost identical so when you copy and alter the code on one site, you will essentially do the same for the next site. Then we need new programming to upgrade our players to HTML5.
