Website/Facebook App development

We are looking for someone to create a facebook canvas app. This app will be an event planning app with heavy ties to users friends lists. It need to be able to invite friends to the app, send messages to users friends, as well as post on users walls. The app will also include a game database that will pull data from another website through an already existing simple api. These games will need to be rated by the users, and keep track of how many people play these games at the events. An advertising component is also necessary to be able to create custom ad campaigns for and keep track of stats. These ad campaigns would be based on games being played at events, or the location of the events. If no current campaigns apply we would like to use affiliate marketing options like Amazon.
