79401 Quota / DU Check / DB Size

We need a small tool: User writes his username in a form field. Script checks available quota size and counts with du used space and displays a bargraph with actual usage in percent. (colored green 0-80% , orange 80% - 100 - x% red also Mysql database size should be measured if DB exists everything easily translateable to german, header inclusion exists (html) footer inclusion exists (html) This script is installed once (1 Server) but must handle multiple servers (no nfs available betw. servers) Which server the user is at home can be detected by username (no doubles) (username like user1server1 or user1server2) (=real linux username) Database name also contains username (like db1_user1_server1) If necessary, on every Server can be installed a client part of script.
