95013 SIMPLE SCRIPT

We run a small internet hotspot that uses a login name and password set to give user access. I want users to be able to buy a voucher with credit card and have a script display a username password set without allowing the user to cheat more vouchers from the payment OK page. I need a simple script that will display a username password set from a text file, or could be one line of text from the text file, as a result page after payment was processed, for example with 2co.com. Result page is normal html, with link to run the script. click link, script runs, it displays the line of text or username password set from a comma delimited csv file would be better. IMPORTANT: Script will ONLY display that one set, and refresh of page or attempt to generate another username password set should be prevented. by a session ID perhaps? Bookmarking the result page with link should also not be possible. I depend on you to ensure that no hacking of the script is possible or easy, that the user can also not trick the script into providing more than one username password set unless they process another order through 2checkout or whatever payment gateway I use. I am not a programmer but only way I can think of doing this is tying a password set to a session id? If you want to use a mySQL dbase, then you must provide an import function that will strip username password sets from a text file. We also have 5 or 6 different prices for different voucher periods. can you build in a way to pass a variable to the script that specifies a price category. so if someone buys a 5 dollar voucher, the script only displays a 5dollar voucher username set. or if they buy a 10 dollar voucher, passing a variable displays one of the 10 dollar username sets. Script should also not allow duplicates. a used voucher cannot be displayed to another buyer. should be flagged as used or deleted. Your suggestions and ideas welcome.
