Iphone Application

I need someone to write a Iphone application having to do with the "Phone" portion of the Iphone. I will be able to explain more details to coders that have shown me that they have done previous work in this area of the Iphone. The way that I understand the NDA is that if I went that route, anyone could sign the NDA and get access to the idea that I want to create. I would prefer to have a little more control as to who gets to read the actual bid request.
