Website to manage Distribution and Security of privately developped application

I have developped a application that I wish to distribute from a website. I have the domain name and hosting already. The application has security features which allow it to be distributed with a key and a limitted amount of [login to view URL] the app begins it checks for the key. I need to be able to distribute this from a website and manage it as well. I want the user to be able to download the required files, email me a request for a key. When I receive the request I need to be able to log on, generate the key, add it to the required database and send the key to the person who requested it.I also have a small app that generates the key for me.I also need to have the ability to change the app which is on the site to the newest version as changes are made to [login to view URL] I need a website to control and manag ethe distribution and security of my program from. ## Deliverables I require all files, materials, screen shots,etc returned upon completion. Materials may not be used in any other way than their intended use for this project only. I aslo require full instruction on managing the website, changing files when required, revising the database to accomodate new keys or revisions.
