Writing & testing cron job files running on our website written in a zend php framework

Our website has recently been moved to a new hosting provider and in the move we have lost/got corrupted the cron job files that run the automatic emailing element of the website. We scan people and create a pdf copy of their body scan which we upload onto our website. We also upload a csv file with all their contact details which is used to set up their accounts on line. There are two elements to this project: 1. We currently upload the body shape of each person by uploading an ord file (Text file) that states their body shape (i.e. hour glass, rectangle etc) instead of uploading the ord file I would like to append their body shape to the existing csv file we upload with all their details. The body shape is critical to driving the clothing choices we display to our customers. 2. Write the cron job files required to automatically send an email to our customers to notify them we have set an account up online and their scan data is ready for viewing.
