CMS Drupal setup for business profile pages

We're currently looking for someone to help design and implement a Drupal template that will create a business profile page for local area businesses with a Drupal implementation on our server. Our business model is to help local area businesses in setting up an "index" site with categories (restaurants, nightlife, entertainment venues, etc) for a small suburb. We're not looking for anything incredibly fancy, but the ability for us to quickly have the ability to activate a page for a client and throw in their content for indexing on our site is the main goal. We anticipate this to be a fairly easy implementation, but are not incredibly familiar with Drupal to successfully accomplish this. The ideal applicant will be fluent English speaking (residing in the US preferred, but optional), and a strong familiarity with Drupal, PHP, and content management systems in general is required. Considering the nature of this project, this could turn into a recurring opportunity for a selected candidate at a later time that will be setup through Freelancer if things turn out well. We'll provide our ideas for some basic site features in private, as well as the functional aesthetics of the site. Please bid accordingly. This is a low budget project, and I'm not asking anyone to reinvent the wheel. This should be easily doable in a small amount of time for a basic platform to be operational.
