Custom Tour & Airport Transfer Reservation System

We are taking bids for development of a custom booking interface with back end for a third-party vendor of day tours, excursions and airport transfers. System will be nothing more than an HTML booking widget(s) on the front end, connected to a shopping cart and a back end that will allow for confirmation emails to be automatically generated and sent, refunds to be issued, changes to reservations to be made and integration with Email Marketing and CRM. Requirements (Front End) Easy booking widget that can be placed on existing static HTML websites Pop-up calendar to choose available dates (non-avaialble ones will be greyed out) Widget will allow entrance of adults, kids, start time, date, promo codes and have the option to add additional fields as needed. Another widget will allow booking of airport transfers with all appropriate information. Customized to the look and feel of existing websites. "Book Now" button that will feed the information into the shopping cart "Continue Shopping" option Requirements (Back End) Allow for automatic creation of booking confirmations which can be sent immediately or by clicking a button after editing. Show which reservations are pending and confimred. When a confirmation is issued, updated to show confirmed. Allow customization of the fields, pricing, days, etc of each service. Must be PCI compliant, SSL interface with multiple payment gateways (example - both [login to view URL] and PayPal would be payment options) Create a Database with custom reporting available Modern looking, easy on the eyes, full integrated with our website's look and feel, and fully functional in the way we need it to work. Possibility of multiple individually branded websites to be tracked with user permissions in one interface Capability to manage refunds and take direct custom phone bookings Capability to create additional custom fields on a per service basis Multiple users with customizable permissions Will be hosted on our server and licensed to us.
