Hello, I am looking for someone who may be able to create an online Customer Complaints System. I'd like the system to be able to collect information such as name and contact details of complainant, compliant information, department linked to complaint, method of resolution and also to be able to run and extract reports on the information.

Hi, I have read your project description for a complaint booking application. While the application is simple it will take a few days and man hours to create a suitable one. We need to do some requirement analysis first. Which means you need to create some sketches of the complaint pages and report columns with headers, scan them and send them to me.
