Facebook application for realtors

NOTES: 1. THE PROJECT IS URGENT AND HAS TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS 2. The application already started but only a skeleton was created in order to fit it into our MVC structure as a controller. You will have to add functionality to the existing class. The application is written in PHP-5. The skeleton is here: [login to view URL] 3. You HAVE TO deliver the application on agreed deadline. If you PASSED DEADLINE the whole project will be cancelled and awarded to someone else even if you almost completed it. We do not pay for the application in advance. We may pay in chunks as project progresses. Escrow is OK. 4. I will need daily reports on the progress. The application is written in PHP-5. The skeleton is here: There are two modules to be created: 1. Application which will be added by users as a TAB to their “page” 2. Module that calls the facebook to add new entry to the “Wall” Specs PART 1. User chooses our application and attaches it to his page as a TAB. First time he/she opens the application in the tab the application will verify through membership table if user’s facebook ID and email is already in our database and his/her payment status is “paid”. If not it will ask to contact the sales department. If payment is OK then it will check if their Realtor registration ID is in our database. If not then it should ask them to enter it into a text box and press SAVE to save it into a DB. After all this is done the realtor will see his/her properties listings on the tab just like this: [login to view URL] (you will have to duplicate this look to the details). The properties that have been sold will have to have a “SOLD” stripe added on top of the image. If the property is added in the last 5 days it should have “NEW” stripe on top of the image (example: [login to view URL]). When user clicks on the “Show Details” button, it will show details of the property inside THE SAME tab (NOT SENT to outside link). Specs PART 2. If realtor adds new properties to the database the server should call their facebook account through facebook API and add details of the property on their wall (example: [login to view URL]). EXTRA DETAILS • You will get access to one of our developer’s facebook test account that the application belongs to (you can modify there anything you want). • You will be given FTP access to our testing hosting account where the application lives at the moment. • You will be given a copy of the database with sample data if you require to install it on your own developer’s PC
