Fix and improve existing PHP webform for image processing

I host an image processing online service. This service uses basic API to receive images, process them, and return results. A prototype PHP webform was built to process images right on the website. This form used to work, but then there were a few changes in the API (URL change, ports change), and now the form causes some errors. One issue is that API uses ports 80 and 8000, and 8000 is blocked by hosting provider. I will need your guidance how to work around that. Perhaps the form should be moved from hosting provider onto my own server. I am looking for a PHP expert to help fix these issues on the current form. Once fixed, as a separate future project, I will want to make more changes to this form. The form takes an image (upload or from URL, submits it for processing, waits for result, and returns result). You do not need to be skilled in my API since I will provide you with full support and guidance, but you need to understand how SOAP API works in general. I am a .NET developer myself. Your job will be to debug and locate an issue and tell me about it. If it is PHP issue you need to fix it. If it is my API or some other issue, I will help to fix it.
