I am looking for someone to build a mortgage calculator software and a few rebrands of the same software. The initial software would be called 'mortgage calculator' and would be built to work similar to this online mortgage calculator.

You can see the results to the right of the input, and in the graphs above.
The mortgage calculator needs to take into account 'home value' 'loan amount' 'interest rate' 'loan term' 'start date' 'property tax' and 'PMI'. This calcualator not only calculates the loan repayment, but takes into calculation the payment of property tax and private mortgage insurance (PMI). If your not certain how to calculate the numbers do a little search online and there are a lot of examples of the mathematics involved. You can check you work against the online version if your not sure of your values.
The build should include the following:
-When you press the calculate button the software should show a display with results. At the top of this display should be a tab with 'graphs', so that the user can toggle between actual numbers and graphical depictions.
-have a nice GUI (much nicer than the one in the online version)
-include a simple installer (inno or something similar)
-include completed source code for each build
-work on most computers (e.g - if you are using soemthign such as .net and you use 4.5 , the software must work on older versions back to say 3.5)
I would also need this sofware rebranded with changes made to the title and slightly to the look for the following software titles:
mortgage payment calculator
mortgage loan calculator
home loan calculator
The rebranded builds will rename the software and alter some of the color / graph look / general feel of the software, although the software will work exactly the same.
CALCULATOR EXPERT ! Developed many many calculators, I can provide you links. I am very interested in this project. You want a desktop application similar to the link that you have provided. Am I right ?
Hi,
I am keen to work on this project and I am coming from both finance and IT backgrounds.
My preference is a C# standalone application.
Looking forward to work on this project.
Kind Regards,
