Open Bravo Close Cash Report

I require a close cash report for openbravo POS that would look a bit like the image attached. The departments for the department split would be obtained by adding a additional field to the item in the openbarvo database. This field would by populated by the root category of each item in the pentaho transformation. Any sales that are manually entered ie not in the database would be listed as Misc.
