phone software

How are you, I need a feed back on this and tell me how easy hard or possible for it. I need a program that can work with any phone, something simple that will allow users to chat and interact. If you familiar with blackberry massager, which is similar idea. BB massager uses separate pin that each blackberry has, I want this program to use phone number as a (pin) and then users can create their user names. Its like simple aim, yahoo, or msn massager but only phone based, and all people need for registration is phone number and password. i want them to be able to sent, pictures through the messenger, talk and crate their profile, nothing big something basic. I want it to look like a aim or bb massager. And for users to have ability to show their status(busy, on, away). Also users can create groups. (friends, business, etc) and ability to chat with groups and all users in that group to see the massage and reply to it. The program need to be compatible with any phone, and can be easily installed on the phone, the way It should be able to installed. Is I will have a site that people can log in and put in their phone number and it will send them a text with a link where the program can be installed to their phone.
