Caller ID Grabber - Vb.NET Sends details across network.

Hi, Basically i am after a Server Side / Client Side. Caller ID application. **Server Side. **Talks to modem, Gets incoming phone number Scans database - MYSQL Sends the persons name and record number out to the connected client computers. **Client Side **Accepts the Incoming details. Keeps a log of date/time, Client ID, Client Name, Client Phone. When an incoming call log is received a little box pops up from the task bar clock area similar to MSN when somebody comes online. The box says the persons name and there client ID code.
