Upgrade Problem

Last year I had a program built in excel that loges on to the internet, downloads some data, formats the data, and then uses the data to give me a result. The program worked fine the entire time I used it. After not using the program for several months I tried to use it again and it won’t work. The program now just shuts down and closes excel, or just stalls in the middle of a copy and paste routine. If it stalls, everything is froze and I am forced to close all the excel windows. When all the windows are closed, there is a window from Microsoft visual Basic that states; “Can’t quit at this time??. The only thing that has changed from last year to this year is I bought a new computer and went from Microsoft XP to Vista and upgraded from Office/Excel 2002 to Office/Excel 2007. I am looking for someone who can correct/fix the code to make the program work with Vista/Excel 2007. ## Deliverables Once the project is done, I would like the programmer to show me what he changed in the code to help me understand the program better.
