Develop of mock service / object to test web payment processes (invoice, purse and payout).

SCOPE: -The PHP Development of Mock Service with three payment methods of WebMoney payment system. 1) invoice 2) purse 3) payout (all are available in WebMoney). -Mock service must to have two test scenario for each payment method 1) SUCCESS and 2) FAIL. SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS: -Advance - 15% -After the “Invoice” implementation is done - 35% -After the purse and payout is done – 50% (final payment) *** Every payment will be done after passing the TEST from our QA. TESTING: We will make code review before every implementation. In addition, test of every part of development (see the payment schedule) before the acceptance. ABOUT DELAY: -On 10th day of delay the price is reducing by 5% daily WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED: -Detailed Technical explanations, schemas, API etc... (Document contain 12 pages) -Any explanations during the whole period of development. WHAT WE ASK BEFORE THE AWARD OF PROJECT: -We will ask to make class diagram before award the project. IMPORTANT! -We have coding style requirements (document with 10 pages).
