Edit a wordpress page

I have a current wordpress site that I need edited. The site is [login to view URL] I have 2 things that need done. 1. I need the home page changed. I need to remove the 6 buttons at the bottom and replace it with a box to type text into (same as every other page) and on the right hand site of the box a get-response webform. I also want to add the Facebook and twitter logos with links to my Facebook and twitter pages to the top section that says "We can help, email or call. 02 4304 8171" 2. I want a page created (just one I will be able to copy and paste it if) I need to repeat it. That has a get-response webform in the right hand side and and a standard text to type into. I hope this makes sense. If I have not explained it correctly simply let me know.
