Game cheat website with CMS (design not needed)

I need a complete website coded from scrats. With working CMS. Its for a cheat code site for pc and gaming consoles. Design is made and just need slicing from the programmer - so this is a must for the one who take on the job!!! It got to have a really good working CMS were it can be filled later on with other functions if i would like so!. I have a old database with cheatcodes from the old site were the data will be ripped from and inserted into new database for new site. The site need to be uploaded and database working by project-winner!! Descriptions can be found in the document i have uploaded and attached to this project I need to se som ref., demo or a portefolie of former work, thanks! The programmer who do this job is also in for other jobs in the future if satisfied. Price for this i have $300-400. Payment ONLY by Paypal.
