Just-Ping COPY + Some Small Extras

REVISION: #1 I want to create a website the same as ([login to view URL]). I do not want any graphics created. Only a *HTML5 enabled* design. I have 3 servers in different locations. The application should be completely scaleable. I want the PING to come from all locations at the same time. The purpose of the application is to check dns resolution, ping time and packet loss on networks from multiple locations and report back at once just as just-ping does. I would like to log all requests to a MySQL database, along with some minor details from the request. Seperately to this page, I would like the user to be able to Register. This will be implemnted into a system later. Once the user has registered with some simple details, he should have access to a simple user control panel which will also be implemented into a design later.
