Magento Theme Required

Hi, Please do read the complete project brief before making the bid, copy n past bids will be rejected immediately. What is needed : I just need the person to create a magento theme. No design work, no slicing and coding work, no magento setup and installation, just the theme for the e-commerce website. Once theme is done, it should be tested fully and you need to make sure that the entire cart works perfectly. Once project is awarded it should be finished within 5 working days, if you can do that go ahead and bid else better not to waste your bids. Secondly no upfront payments, only once we get to see something concrete we will make payments. The bidder should be an expert in magento and must include similar work done in the past along with his bid. What you will be getting : 1. xhtml/css files of the design 2.
