Minor changes and tweaks to existing Magento site

We have an existing magento store that needs some changes made. ([login to view URL]) The changes we require are: -Link Social Media Buttons to relevant sites (links will be provided) -Fix links at page footer for ‘About Us’, ‘Customer Service’, ‘Buying Guide’, ‘Site Map’, ‘Contact Us’, ‘Blog’ -New ‘Welcome to our ChasePleasure’ writing at top right of screen (text will be provided) -Main categories to display ALL products included in the sub categories -Clean up product description page and make it simpler - change 'quick overview' to 'product description' and remove all other description/info. -Change menu/category bar to flash up logo-colour pink instead of blue on mouse hover -Load up new banners for home page (supplied) and link the banners to categories (link/info supplied) -Change ‘add to cart’ button to pink and make it a tiny bit larger -Remove ‘Community Poll’ -Set shipping to $5 flat rate and free when over $200 -Add module/add-on so that when an item is in the cart - it says 'spend only $XX more and get free shipping!' -Change ‘Blog’ in menu bar in capital letters -Add facebook ‘like’ buttons to product pages We expect professional, well executed work and will provide you with all of the information required to finish the task.
