Job Description Looking for a talented coder who produces W3C semantic HTML5 (required) tableless user interaction improvements on already created static sites. I am looking to spice up these projects with ADVANCED css effects, float hover shadow, is just the beginning. Expect to overlay several jquerys in various states on the frontened, and know how to stack them into sprites and one neat file in the backend so the page load speed is balanced for mobiles.
