Social/profile-based website

We need someone to build a website from scratch. We have 5 mockups of basic pages of an online social-based database of people and organizations (.png, .ps, .svg, or .pdf; whichever is easiest to work with). We would need you to create the additional pages using the same style. The sizing on the images is not perfect for a browser, but you should be able to get what we want to do with it.W e are college students, so hopefully you'll realize that costs need to be low, but also realize that we would like to create an extremely professional site (which is why we made mockups of how we want it to look). From my count, this site should be about 12 pages, but I might have miscounted or left something out so budget up from there. What we need: facebook signup/login inbox system review ranking system search and browse people ability linking groups with people and people with groups advertising integrated into site well What would be ideal: an additional admin site where we could easily manage user accounts, assign identity traits to users (more info will follow), and manage the ads on the site. looking to spend around $200 (maybe more if you're really good) to get a quality job done and looking to begin this weekend or early next week.
