This site is mostly done, but a few database functions still need to be developed. Most functions can be seen on the website but some of the link does not work well and need to be modified. No changes needed to the home page, just need to get content under links completed. * THE CLUB - This is a automated membership based website with various levels of membership and varied membership benefits. This is mainly a advertising membership site where members can post a advertisement or list vacation properties like timeshare for rent, resale, exchange or auction. Members can also post an advertisement or do listings of private vacation homes for rent or exchange. * ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY - There is a online travel agency built into the reservation links to this site which is totally independent from this website for airline, cruise, car, hotels etc etc for live reservation. Again, the online live travel agency is a separately linked website. * MEMBERSHIP - There need to be a membership database with different membership levels where members can be rated by other members like they do on ebay or Amazon. Members can post review about other members and the services and products they provide. Currently, members can login and check messages, send message and check their account. This feature need to be enhanced. A detail sectional form need to be created in member area to store profile and sometimes sensitive information about a member that can be crossed referenced by employees in different location. In membership section, employee will be able to click on different tabs which will provide various information about members vacation and lifestyle preference, including live link to their sky miles accounts and hotel reward programs. Members will be able to have all their travel informational information all in one area. Members will also able to see all their travel itinerary booked by themselves on our website, booked by one of out travel concierge, and they can external reservation to their calendar itinerary list. Member will also have their own webpage they can post vacation photographs and whatever information they want to post for other family members to see on their page at [login to view URL] Members can post advertisements and listing on our website, most of which is already developed. Members can always login and update their profile. Members will also able to blog. Need to show Icon when member is "live" online and can chat live to other members when login. * ASSOCIATES - Member's profile can also be accessed by selected Associates who might be assigned to that member and be granted limited access, however, certain information may not be accessible for certain Associates or Employee like credit card information, social security numbers etc. There would be varied security level. * MEMBERS REWARD - For every $ spent on our products and services, members will earn valuable points. Members will also earn points for referring other paid members. May need to incorporate a mini MLM program for our referral program. These points will be tracked in the member's area. Points can be redeemed for products or services.
