Virtual Town Website

I am looking for a talented person or team to help me develop an idea I have had. The person or team must be skilled in 3D animation and website design and creation. It is also very important that they have good English as a lot of communication will be involved. Please, if you are not confident with your English, do not apply for this job. The idea is to create an online shopping environment consisting of a virtual 3D town. Users will be able to navigate around this town and visit shops. The plan is to rent out these shops to small independent online retailers. Once they rent a shop they should be able to upload their logo which will become their shop sign. They should also be able to upload some pictures of their products and a description of their shop/products. The shop should then link to their website. From a user point of view, they will see the shop sign, click on it to enter the shop. Here they will be able to see the images and description as well as a link to the retailers website. I am looking for someone to animate this 3D town which will consist of 10 streets with 10 shops on each street as well as a town square. This is where the user will start their experience and it will also feature a newsletter and current promotions/competitions. The user should be able to navigate similar to how one would navigate using Google Street View. Although I understand the rendering won't be photo realistic. The quality/style of the 3D animation is completely up to the bidder, but I would ask that bidders give me an example of what they would be able to create. This will help me in the selection process. The bidder should also be able to create the website featuring the 3D shopping environment and help with logos and branding. Although I do have some ideas. This is a big project and will most likely require additional work once the main project is complete. This can be discussed during the course of the project.
