I am looking to expand my web development team so I wish to hire a knowledgeable web designer, that can design and code in html xhtml, with css and W3C standards in mind. This is will be an ongoing flexible relationship that may as well lead to a fulltime position since there is already enough work to denote that. Your duties will be revolving around taking a readymade psd and creating valid XHTML code from it, creating custom wordpress themes and other similar tasks. Please reply with your resume, portfolio, time zone and hourly rate. All invoices will be cleared within two weeks of their issuing; bonuses will always be applicable as long as you provide on time results within the project parameters.
