WEBMASTER I represent a U.S. company called SOLBIJOUX. We are in the process of building a new website to sell jewelry in North America. You might think, “So what”, but, no other site has the products we are selling. The quality of the product I am representing is very high, and large ticket. Our items usually sell for between $100 - $1000 USD each. The market in North America is very underserved for these items. If you search the web you will have a hard time finding comparable products. These type products are also not represented in jewelry stores, either within the retail chains or high-end stores. Additionally, we believe that this type of jewelry could be in very high demand if the public is made aware of their existance. We are merchants and not technicians or webmasters. We are looking for an individual or team who can take on the following tasks on a permanent basis: •Continuing web and graphic design for internal pages, banners, affliates buttons, etc •Excellent Photoshop experience to manage and enhance our library of product pictures, (we currently have over 2000 pictures) •osCommerce administration experience to load pages, create categories, input pricing and specials, and generally manage a osCommerce backend website •PHP Programming experience to enhance the functionality of the website •SEO and Pay-per-Click tactical and management experience to enhance the visibilty of the website and the products in order to drive customer traffic. This position is an immediate need. We estimate that time spent intially to load the website with product, which would also include a great deal of Photoshop clean-up work, would be great. After the website is running the need of time expended would be greatly reduced and would take between 10-20 hours per week. This position/project would require a long-term committment and accordingly we believe that the person /team would be able to realize between $15,000 - $35,000 USD per year. This figure could go higher but we do not believe it would be lower. It is our intent to pay the person/team a percentage of the gross sales of the business whether orders are placed thru the website or over the phone. The payment to the person/team would be contractual and legally binding in the USA, and would be paid on a monthly basis.
