Wordpress Theme Customization

We are looking for a vendor that can add 2 “Options” to an existing WordPress theme that imports images and data from a URL into a Wordpress page. Both Options are very similar but will be displayed on different areas of the Home Page and will have very different CSS. Option #1 - Featured Community area on the WordPress home page. User Options: • Overall Width • Number of Listings to Display • Main Image Alignment (Left Right) • Main Image width • Other Image Thumb sizes width • Thumb Images Alignment (Left Right) • Foreground Color Select • Background Color Select • Enter MLS Numbers to Feature (Scrape Images and data from existing MLS site) Option #2 – Most Recent Listings • Overall Width • Number of Listings to Display • Foreground Color Select • Background Color Select • Number of Columns (1-2-3-4) • Position (within the content or directly above the footer) • Thumb Images Alignment (Left Right) • Thumb Images Width • Pull images and Listing data from a static URL - Example: [login to view URL] NOTE: All WordPress code and CSS must be well commented!
