copy protected shareware plugin for Internet Explorer

I am looking for a generic shareware Internet Explorer plugin and server side program infrastructure for registering copies of the shareware program. The plugin should have copy protection, a time limit, and ability to be registered to work without limits. The server side registration infrastructure would be able to dispense registration numbers for users trying to register the program. Ability to process credit card transactions for registration payment is not mandatory, but is highly desired and will result in a much better payment. The server side program should be written in a platform-independent language, such as PHP, so that it will run on both Windows and Linux. The functionality of the plugin itself is of little significance. It is sufficient if it will add a toolbar with a button and be able to display a "Hello World" textbox when F12 button or the toolbar button are pressed. You will also need to document for me how to customize the plugin, such as how to access and change display html document, how to access the address bar, and how to load a page. The completed project should be very well documented. I will need to be able to use the documentation and the source code submitted to turn my own plugins into sellable shareware. I will also need to be able to deploy the server side registration program on my own server. Hence, in addition to documentation of the source code, I will also need detailed explanations of how to deploy the program. My grasp of the inner workings of shareware protection mechanism is quite poor. Therefore, if you are interested in bidding on this project, please submit to me a fairly detailed design of your proposed implementation of this project. For example, what copy protection mechanism do you plan to use and how do they work, how are you going to generate registration numbers and how will you defend against malicious reuse of registration numbers. If I like your proposed design, I will accept your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows OS, Internet Explorer, server side platform independent
