Custom web-page header graphic

Looking for two things: 1.) header graphic for webpage, based on current theme and company logo. 2.) mini graphic for site (see below). please see my webpage at [login to view URL] The logo is the graphic in the top-left corner. The mini graphic is the pencil next to the 'page' and 'search' etc. spots. Should be able to decribe some ideas for me, show previous work or make a few sketches of your ideas. I'm not looking for anything overbearing, just pleasant simple grahics that clearly display the name of the site (Learning Styles) and the company slogan (Plan for Success). The small graphic can be a pencil again, but a clean, very visible pencil, if you have other suggestions, I am open to hearing them. Files should given to me in the form of .svg, and .png. I would like the original raw files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working graphic files in .svg and .png format. All original files will be required. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run (or ready to use) condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Graphics should display well with theme in most typical browsers with typical settings.
