As a real estate investor the purpose of this simple tool is to create a digital map of an area with different colored push pins locating the different value range of properties in each zip code. The user will enter the following information: City: State/Province: Zip/Postal Code: Price Range:drop down with the following options: 0-$50,000 50,000-75000 75000-100000 100000-125000 125000-150000 150000-200000 200000-250000 250000-300000 300000-350000 350000-400000 400000-500000 500000-600000 600000-700000 700000-800000 800000-900000 900000-1,000,000 (these may have to be searched seperatly or one at a time) Beds: Baths: *************** The program will then go to [login to view URL] and populate the fields to search for the available properties. It will then create a map with push pins to locate the properties in the different price ranges and their location on the map. Im not sure what kind of a map to use....streets and trips, mapquest, etc. I do want to be able to sell this program so that the buyer doesnt have to buy another program. There is census data available that tells the % of owner occupied homes in an area versus rental homes in an area. I would also like that data put into the map as color coded. I have attached a screen shot of what it may look like. This shouldnt be a difficult program for an experienced coder.
