We Need to build a website that has two different functions, It will bring tenants and landlords together in ways that we will specify once we select you on the project, The landing page will have two options, one link that says im a landlord, (big graphic click to enter) and the other option is Im a renter ( also click to enter) this will bring us to two different sites the landlord site will have the landlord enter information based on what rental properties they have available and all the specific related criteria including pictures address location rental amount, bedrooms bathrooms school district, whats included in the rent etc etc etc... we will give you a list of specifics later, the website has to give each landlord a log in and save all of their information in a database in case they have multiple rentals and if something gets rented they should be able to reactivate it without having to reenter all the information the other part of the site needs to be where the renters enter all of their information (Questions to be determined but ie what they are looking for, where they want to live, how many bedrooms bathrooms price they want to pay, what they want included pets etc.. ) We need to link these two portions of the website in a couple of ways, we need to let the system select properties for the renters based on their criteria, we need to let the renters browse all available properties, sort by criteria (price bedrooms etc) we need to let the system find tenants for the landlords so they can reach out to them, (send them an email about their property to convince them to check it out) and there needs to be a system in place to let the renters browse the landlords and vice versa ## Deliverables Note - we want the renters to have a profile that they can make public (just like [login to view URL]) so that landlords can select potential based on their profile or they can opt to leave it private. I also want to give landlords the same option they can have the profile or they can leave it private - we want this to be a system setting that we can enable or disable With every custom setting in this website, we want to be able modify change enable or disable many features, from a control panel screen. we want to be able to modify and edit questions, without the help of a programmer if this is easy enough to accomplish. As for graphics we want the website to be Very visual, if you can take care of this great, if not , we will work on getting a graphic designer after the initial workflow of the program is all laid out and functional.
